ABOUT

Daniel Raijman is an award-winning composer, guitarist, producer and educator based in Los Angeles. Daniel has composed music for film and television (Sony Pictures, NBCUniversal, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Lionsgate), commercials, and produced award-winning records. Daniel received a master's degree in Music Production from Berklee College of Music, and graduated from the Film Scoring Program at UCLA, studying composition and orchestration with multiple Emmy Award winning composers such as Mark Watters, Tim Kelly and Michael Giacchino’s orchestrator Norman Ludwin (UP, Zootopia, Jurassic World, Inside-Out).

Voting member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and former Academy of Scoring Arts Board of directors, Daniel spent his youth in Buenos Aires, the cultural hub of Argentina. He attended the Buenos Aires School of Music where he went on to receive a Bachelor’s of Music in Performance, specializing in guitar, and subsequently earned a diploma in Recording Arts at Tecson, School of Recording and Post-Production. In Buenos Aires, Daniel was also mentored by some of the best Maestros in the composition, arranging, jazz and guitar fields, such as Guillermo Klein, Pino Marrone, Carlos "Mono" Fontana, Edgar Ferrer and Juan "Pollo" Raffo.

Daniel is the Associate Music Director at Valley Beth Shalom, he has music directed, produced, performed, composed and arranged music for Wilshire Boulevard Temple, VBS, Shomrei Torah Synagogue, Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills, Sinai Temple, Temple Ramat Zion, The Jewish Federation, Chloe Pourmorady Ensemble, UCLA Milken Fund, AJU and AJRCA, among others. Daniel Raijman is the producer of Chloe Pourmorady Ensemble’s debut album. Begin Majesty has won a gold medal award for both best album and best ensemble at the Global Music Awards.
